The concert is hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and organized by the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra. It will be held on the outdoor stage at the central plaza of Gwanghwamun Square, which is reopening after 1 year and 9 months.
The Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by pianist Kim Sunwook, who is also active as a conductor, will perform Dvo??k's Carnival Overture, Smetana's "Vltava" from "My Country," Tchaikovsky's "Pas de Deux," Brahms' Academic Festival Overture, and Elgar's "Pomp and Circumstance March."
Additionally, the male quartet "Forte di Quattro," winners of JTBC's Phantom Singer, will appear and perform "Good Day," an orchestral version of "You Raise Me Up," and "Hollo Arirang." The World Vision Choir, composed of children, will perform Ennio Morricone's "Nella Fantasia."
Those wishing to attend can apply for up to two tickets per person through the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra's website from the 3rd to the 7th. Approximately 450 people will be invited by lottery.

Meanwhile, the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra and the Seoul Metropolitan Government plan to live stream the concert on the "Live Seoul" YouTube channel for citizens who find it difficult to attend in person.
