Dongwoo Farm to Table Provides 24.3 Billion KRW Collateral to Affiliate Chamfre

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Dongwoo Farm to Table announced on the 2nd that it has decided to provide collateral to a third party amounting to 24,343,460,000 KRW for its affiliate Chamfre.

This corresponds to 13.73% of the consolidated financial statement's equity as of the end of last year, and the collateral provision period is from today until July 29, 2023.
