Moadata Establishes Subsidiary Sage & Company to Expand New Business

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Moa Data announced on the 2nd that it has decided to acquire 1,000,000 shares of its subsidiary Sage & Company for 500 million KRW in cash.

The main business of Sage & Company is in the AI-based B2C (business-to-consumer) service sector. After the acquisition, the shareholding ratio will be 100%, and the scheduled acquisition date is August 31.

The purpose of the acquisition is to establish a subsidiary for new business expansion, expand B2C services, and discover new growth engines through healthcare and AI application projects.
