Chosun University Hospital Successfully Completes 'Hospital Management Academy' Training

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Jamin] Chosun University Hospital (Director Kim Kyungjong) announced on the 2nd that it held a completion ceremony after finishing the 'Hospital Management Academy' training course for hospital staff on the 28th of last month at the Management Industry-Academic Building on the 1st floor of the College of Business Administration, Chosun University.

This course started on the 21st of last month and lasted for six weeks, aiming to proactively respond to the rapidly changing medical environment, foster talent, strengthen staff capabilities, and secure competitiveness as a tertiary general hospital.

Over a total of 12 lectures, topics mainly included ▲ hospital management innovation strategies centered on core competencies ▲ future medical care based on AI and big data ▲ general management innovation strategies, covering trends in the future medical environment and overall general and hospital management.

In his encouragement speech, Director Kim Kyungjong said, “I hope this served as an opportunity to strengthen the capabilities of staff in hospital management and administration amid the rapidly changing medical environment,” and added, “We expect the graduates of this course to play a significant role in the future development of the hospital.”

Dean Cho Seungje of Chosun University Graduate School of Business Administration expressed gratitude in his greeting, saying, “We did our best to provide diverse and high-quality educational programs not only in general management but also across hospital management,” and “Thanks to the active participation of the students, we were able to successfully complete the ‘Hospital Management Academy’ training course.”
