Woori E&L Harutin Launches 'Liposomal Vitamin C' with Enhanced Absorption

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Our E&L's health functional food brand 'HA.routine' announced on the 2nd that it will launch HA.routine Liposome Vitamin C, applying liposome formulation technology.

HA.routine Liposome Vitamin C is the first Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) certified vitamin C product in Korea to apply liposome formulation technology, enhancing absorption rate in the body among domestic health functional foods. Liposome formulation technology is effective in increasing the absorption rate of vitamin C in the body.

Liposome Vitamin C is in a form where vitamin C is enclosed by a liposome membrane with a double phospholipid structure. The double-layered liposome has a structure similar to human cells, allowing easy absorption into the body.

They signed an exclusive supply contract with a US raw material company possessing liposome formulation technology and used the premium raw material 'Liposome AB Max,' produced by Woobiotech, which has GMP, HACCP, and ISO certifications.

Most overseas direct purchase products of liposome vitamin C are in liquid form, but HA.routine Liposome Vitamin C is in tablet form, allowing easy and convenient intake with one tablet per day.

The HA.routine brand manager said, "Liposome Vitamin C, which was hard to find domestically except for overseas direct purchase products, has been commercialized in Korea." He added, "Liposome Vitamin C is easily absorbed in the body, so it has a higher absorption rate than consuming large amounts of vitamin C, enhancing customer convenience."
