'ePyeonhansesang Seoul San Park Grande' with Brand, Sale Price, and Future Value Begins Official Contracts from the 1st

DL Construction's 'e-Pyeonhansesang Seoulsan Park Grande,' located in the Seoulsan area, will begin its official contract period from August 1 to 3. This complex combines the brand power of e-Pyeonhansesang, excellent product quality, affordable sale prices and financial benefits, and the future value of Seoulsan, generating continuous word-of-mouth, which is expected to attract significant interest during the contract period.

e-Pyeonhansesang Seoulsan Park Grande is also gaining attention for its affordable sale prices. The sale price is set from around 250 million KRW for a 68㎡ unit and from around 320 million KRW for an 84㎡ unit. Compared to other complexes in the same area trading at around 500 million KRW (based on 84㎡ units), this represents considerable price competitiveness.

Additionally, the complex offers free balcony expansion for all units, a fixed first deposit of 10 million KRW, and 60% interest-free installment payments, further reducing the financial burden on consumers. Moreover, following the government's announcement on the 25th of a tax reform plan excluding local houses valued at around 300 million KRW from the calculation of capital gains tax and comprehensive real estate tax, interest from both actual buyers and investors has increased.

The complex features various specialized designs unique to the e-Pyeonhansesang brand, enhancing residential comfort. Notably, it introduces Ulsan's first specialized products of the e-Pyeonhansesang brand: the 'C2 House' and ‘dePOEM’.

First, through the C2 House, e-Pyeonhansesang's three-dimensional residential platform, load-bearing walls are minimized and flexible partition walls are actively applied to allow versatile use of space. Additionally, a large entrance pantry and a one-stop laundry zone (allowing side-by-side placement of washer and dryer) are implemented, expanding residential convenience. Wide windows facilitate furniture arrangement, and the liberated master bedroom is designed to allow for a personalized home.

e-Pyeonhansesang's premium landscaping brand, dePOEM, also stands out. Within the complex, there will be a spacious and open 'Grass Yard,' a 'Seasonal Garden' where residents can experience the changes of the seasons daily, and 'dePOEM Play,' a playground forest full of new experiences. Various tree species such as hackberry, maple, stewartia, and cornelian cherry will be planted throughout the area.

Meanwhile, the Seoulsan area where the complex is located is regarded as an emerging hub in Ulsan with high future value, generating considerable expectations accordingly.

Furthermore, e-Pyeonhansesang Seoulsan Park Grande is characterized by its location surrounded by nature, offering a pleasant residential environment. Nearby are the Yeongnam Alps, selected as one of Korea's top 100 tourist destinations, as well as attractions such as Unmunsan Natural Recreation Forest, Gajisan Provincial Park, Ganwol Natural Recreation Forest, and Sinbulsan Recreation Forest. In 2025, the Yeongnam Alps Cable Car, a key project of Ulju-gun, is scheduled to begin operation, further enhancing the area's appeal as a tourist destination.

e-Pyeonhansesang Seoulsan Park Grande will be constructed in Sangbuk-myeon, Ulju-gun, Ulsan City, consisting of 6 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 23 above-ground floors, with a total of 607 units sized between 68 and 114㎡. The unit distribution by type is ▲68㎡A: 118 units ▲68㎡B: 22 units ▲84㎡A: 192 units ▲84㎡B: 201 units ▲114㎡: 74 units.

Meanwhile, the e-Pyeonhansesang Seoulsan Park Grande housing exhibition center is currently open, and move-in is scheduled for October 2024.
