On the 31st, the Namdong Police Station in Incheon announced that they are investigating a man in his 20s, identified as Mr. A, on charges including drunk driving under the Road Traffic Act.

Mr. A is accused of driving his passenger car under the influence of alcohol around 8:30 a.m. on a four-lane road located in Guwol-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon, and colliding with a vehicle waiting at a traffic signal. It was reported that Mr. A's blood alcohol concentration exceeded 0.08%, the legal limit for license cancellation.
