[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Gui-yeol] There is a brand called ‘Sillarion’ in Gyeongbuk. It is a compound word of Silla and people (ian), meaning descendants of Silla who embody the Hwarang spirit of Silla and the persistent craftsmanship spirit.
‘Sillarion’ is a regional small and medium-sized enterprise joint brand that was first developed in 1997 and started with 10 companies in 1999. To date, a total of 46 companies have participated, making it a representative brand of Gyeongbuk.
On the 29th, Gyeongbuk Province held an opening ceremony for the ‘Sillarion Shared Office’ at the Gyeongsan Livestock Agricultural Cooperative headquarters, attended by Deputy Governor of Economy Lee Dal-hee, Gyeongsan Mayor Jo Hyun-il, representatives of 20 participating companies, and related personnel.
This shared office opening was prepared by the province and the Sillarion Council in unison to improve the distribution structure of participating companies by establishing an online commerce foundation and strengthening digital capabilities.
The shared office is about 165㎡ (approximately 50 pyeong) in size and consists of an online-exclusive operation space (for photography and live commerce operation), private offices for resident use, a home bar table and shared tables, and meeting rooms.
Use of the shared office is freely available to any Sillarion participating company through an application form, and to support efficient operation, one professional online marketer will be stationed on site.
The shared office located in the urban area has excellent accessibility and is expected to help resolve the shortage of online marketing professionals, which has been consistently raised by participating companies.
The Sillarion support project focuses on developing both online and offline sales channels by reflecting the demands of participating companies and ensuring solid operation through official SNS promotion, online channel sales, live commerce, TV home shopping support, online marketing education, and R&D consulting.
Lee Dal-hee, Deputy Governor of Economy of Gyeongbuk Province, said, “To strengthen the competitiveness of our SMEs, it is important to establish a proactive and timely distribution infrastructure that matches the trends of the times. I hope that the installation of this shared office will greatly help increase sales by facilitating smooth recruitment of personnel desired by participating companies and strengthening marketing capabilities.”
