Geomdan New Town Continues 'Subscription Jackpot' Streak... Jeil Punggyeongchae Yeongjong International City A16BL, Private Pre-Subscription Announcement on 29th

On the 29th, the apartment complex ‘Jeil Punggyeongchae Yeongjong International City A16BL’ in A16 Block of Yeongjong International City, Incheon, announced the pre-selection recruitment notice and began the private pre-sale subscription.


Industry insiders expect the enthusiasm to continue in Yeongjong International City as Jeil Construction Co., Ltd. achieved great success with private pre-sale subscriptions in Geomdan New Town earlier this year. The ‘Jeil Punggyeongchae Geomdan Phase 3,’ conducted as a private pre-sale subscription in January, closed first-priority subscriptions with an average competition rate of 81.88 to 1. Previously, in December last year, the ‘Jeil Punggyeongchae Geomdan Phase 1’ successfully completed sales by recording the highest number of subscription applications in Geomdan New Town, attracting demanders who recognized its value and paid attention to the private pre-sale subscription as well.


Having supplied a total of 1,937 households across three complexes in Geomdan and gathered about 8,300 applicants, the value of the Jeil Punggyeongchae brand complex, which has been recognized, is expected to be proven again in Yeongjong. The Jeil Punggyeongchae Yeongjong International City A16BL, which is attracting attention from both the industry and demanders, is planned to consist of 17 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 21 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,457 households of exclusive area 84㎡. Among these, 1,239 households, accounting for 85%, will be supplied through pre-sale subscriptions. The number of pre-sale subscription households by type is ▲84㎡A 1,136 households ▲84㎡B 103 households.


This complex, which announced the pre-selection recruitment notice on the 29th, will conduct subscriptions in the order of special pre-sale subscription on August 8, first-priority general pre-sale subscription on August 9, and second-priority general pre-sale subscription on August 10. The pre-selection results will be announced on the 17th, and contracts with pre-selected applicants will be signed from August 30 to September 2. If selected, applicants cannot apply for pre-sale subscriptions in other regions and must maintain a non-homeowner status until the main subscription. The main subscription is scheduled for August 2023.


A sales official stated, “The fact that this is a large-scale branded complex supplied by Jeil Construction combined with the excellent location conditions of Yeongjong International City is attracting a lot of attention from demanders,” adding, “It will be a good opportunity for those who missed the subscription chance in Geomdan or for real demanders who want to advance their home purchase.”


Yeongjong International City, where the complex is located, is a new town being developed on approximately 51㎢ of land in Yeongjong and Yongyu-do areas of Jung-gu, Incheon, with a planned population of 180,000. It was designated as part of the Incheon Free Economic Zone (IFEZ) in 2003 along with Songdo International City and Cheongna International City, and its population exceeded 100,000 this year. Large-scale development projects such as the Yeongjong Complex Resort project aimed at fostering a complex leisure tourism city, the Incheon International Airport development project, and the construction of the 3rd Yeonryuk Bridge are underway, making its residential environment and future value highly regarded.


Among these, A16 Block is scheduled to open the 3rd Yeonryuk Bridge in 2025, which will directly connect to Cheongna International City, allowing residents to share facilities such as Starfield Cheongna (planned), Costco Cheongna branch (planned), and Cheongna Medical Complex Town (planned). Additionally, it will be possible to quickly access Songdo and the western Seoul area via the Incheon Bridge (2nd Gyeongin Expressway).


Near the complex, various infrastructures such as the Yeongjong Administrative Town (planned), central commercial facilities, and cultural facilities (planned) are located, and a neighborhood park is adjacent, promising a more pleasant residential environment. Educational facilities such as Incheon International High School, Haneul High School, and Incheon Science High School are nearby, and an elementary school (planned site) is also scheduled to be built closer, providing an excellent school district.


In particular, the fact that the large-scale branded complex of 1,457 households is built by the renowned builder Jeil Construction Co., Ltd. attracts demanders’ attention. All units consist of exclusive 84㎡, which is highly preferred by real demanders, and are mainly designed as 4Bay slab-type layouts, ensuring excellent lighting and ventilation. As it is developed as a large complex, abundant landscaping facilities and various community facilities are also expected to be included within the complex.


Pre-sale subscriptions will be conducted through the Korea Real Estate Board’s Subscription Home, and if internet subscription is not possible, special supply can be applied for by visiting in person, and general supply can be applied for at the bank branch where the subscription savings account is held.
