[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-joo] Ildong Pharmaceutical announced on the 28th that it will carry out the 'Donation Beauty Campaign' to help pediatric cancer patients together with the Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation until the end of the year.
During the campaign period, Ildong Pharmaceutical will donate a certain amount based on the cumulative sales of its hyaluronic acid (HA) filler 'Hyalive.' The donation will be used for the treatment, recovery, and welfare of pediatric cancer patients.
Hyalive is a medical device for tissue repair and wrinkle improvement that contains non-animal, sterile hyaluronic acid derivatives obtained through microbial fermentation manufacturing methods, along with the local anesthetic lidocaine for pain relief, and has proven excellent volume and duration through clinical trials.
By applying the 'Multi-Mixing Crosslinking Technology (MMCT method)' which enhances the binding efficiency and uniformity of hyaluronic acid and crosslinkers, the filler’s quality and durability are secured. Additionally, using a patented washing method effectively removes foreign substances generated during the manufacturing process such as residual crosslinkers, thereby increasing the purity and safety of the hyaluronic acid raw material.
An Ildong Pharmaceutical official said, “We participated in the campaign with the hope that the warm and beautiful hearts thinking of young patients will be conveyed through Hyalive, reflecting the brand catchphrase ‘Beautiful even in heart, Hyalive.’ We hope to contribute even a little to the children’s health recovery.”
