Luxury Brand Apartment in Pyeongchon Living Area, 'Pyeongchon Doosan We’ve The Prime' Attracts Attention!

There are many factors to consider when purchasing an apartment, but the most important factor is the ‘brand.’ The value of the product varies depending on which brand is chosen.

In fact, surveys show that many buyers prioritize ‘brand’ as the top consideration when purchasing a home. According to a survey by real estate research company Dr. Apartment titled ‘2021 Apartment Brand Power,’ which surveyed 2,391 members aged 20 and over, when asked about the ‘top priority factor when purchasing an apartment in the same location,’ ‘brand’ received the highest response rate at 42.58%.

In particular, the ‘brand’ factor has been ranked as the top priority for seven consecutive years since the brand power survey began in 2015, reflecting how much buyers value the importance of ‘brand.’

The reason why ‘brand’ is considered the most important factor is largely due to its impact on housing prices. According to a survey conducted by Zigbang, 87.4% of the 1,143 respondents answered that the brand affects the value (price) of an apartment. In other words, about 9 out of 10 people think so.

In fact, a look at the real estate market shows that housing prices differ depending on whether an apartment has a brand or not. With brand power firmly established as a major indicator in apartment selection, ‘Pyeongchon Doosan We've The Prime’ in Anyang City, Gyeonggi Province, is scheduled for sale in August.

‘Pyeongchon Doosan We've The Prime’ is being built through the reconstruction project of ‘Samsin 6th Apartment’ in Hogye-dong, Anyang City, Gyeonggi Province. It will consist of 6 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 32 above-ground floors, with a total of 456 households. Among these, 178 households with exclusive areas of 49 to 84㎡ will be available for general sale.

‘Pyeongchon Doosan We've The Prime’ is being responsibly constructed by the renowned builder Doosan Construction. Since its founding in 1960, Doosan Construction has accumulated extensive know-how and technology, and based on this, launched the apartment brand ‘Doosan We've’ in 2001, which has been steadily loved as a reliable brand among housing consumers. In fact, it has achieved successful sales nationwide with projects such as the 4,393-unit ‘Gimhae Yulha The Sky City Zenith & Frau,’ ‘Doosan We've The Zenith Yangsan,’ and ‘Banwol Station Doosan We've.’

‘Pyeongchon Doosan We've The Prime’ boasts not only brand power but also excellent residential conditions. Hogye-dong, where the complex is located, is included in the Pyeongchon living area, which is well-equipped with various infrastructures such as transportation, living convenience, and school districts, making it very popular among actual buyers. In front of the complex are Gyeongsu-daero and Heungan-daero, which provide easy access to Pyeongchon IC on the Seoul Outer Ring Expressway, Seoksu IC on the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway, and Geumcheon IC on the Gangnam Circular Urban Expressway, facilitating convenient travel to major business districts such as Seoul’s Gangnam area and Sangam DMC.

Additionally, Geumjeong Station, a transfer station for subway lines 1 and 4, is nearby, and the GTX-C line (scheduled to open in 2028) is planned to be developed, which will allow travel to Seoul Samsung Station in about 15 minutes, greatly improving accessibility to Seoul. Furthermore, with the nearby Indeokwon-Dongtan Line (scheduled to open in 2026), quadruple line usage will be possible.

Surrounding the area are excellent shopping conditions with Homeplus, Hogye Market, and AK Plaza. To the west of the complex is Anyangcheon Stream, ideal for walking or jogging. Opposite the complex is the Anyang IT Complex, providing excellent proximity to workplaces, and the Pyeongchon central commercial district, including Pyeongchon Hagwon area, Lotte Department Store, and E-Mart, can be reached within 10 minutes by car.

Meanwhile, ‘Pyeongchon Doosan We've The Prime’ plans to open a model house.
