Previously, vehicle searches were possible by model name, but now natural language processing search enabling semantic-based searches and related keyword suggestion features have been added. The vehicle detail page is designed so that the information customers need is shown first. Graphics that allow a more intuitive view of the vehicle's exterior condition have also been added.
The payment process has been simplified by minimizing the mandatory information customers need to provide before the final purchase. In the second half of this year, an AI-based personalized curation service will be introduced, recommending vehicles based on search conditions and content. To celebrate this revamp, customers who write reviews by the end of August will be entered into a draw to win department store gift certificates and other prizes.
