Lotte Construction is conducting subscription for the public-supported private rental housing "Hadan Lotte Castle" supplied in the Hadan-dong area of Saha-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.
The application period will be held for two days from the 27th (Wednesday) to the 28th (Thursday), and applications can be submitted through the company's website. The announcement of winners will be on the 29th (Friday), and contracts are scheduled to be signed over three days from August 4th (Thursday) to 6th (Saturday).
The complex will consist of a total of 356 apartment units from basement level 4 to ground level 20, along with 19 neighborhood living facilities. It will feature residential services and designs specialized for the main tenant age group of young adults and newlyweds in their 20s and 30s.
One-stop living area enjoyed based on excellent location
"Hadan Lotte Castle" is an ultra-station area complex located within 150 meters, just a 1-minute walk from Dangni Station on Busan Subway Line 1, providing easy access to major downtown areas of Busan. Additionally, it offers convenient access to Nakdong-daero, Gangbyeon-daero, and Dadae-ro, allowing vehicle travel within 30 minutes to major industrial complexes in western Busan such as Sasang Industrial Complex, Sinpyeong Jangnim General Industrial Complex, and Myeongji Noksan National Industrial Complex. Nearby are Saha-gu Office and the Hadan 5-day Market commercial district, as well as the largest commercial districts in Saha-gu, Hadan Ogeori and Daehak-ro, enhancing living convenience.
Practicality and price competitiveness with Lotte Castle’s specialized design and residential services
"Hadan Lotte Castle" is mainly composed of six small housing types among the total 356 units: 90 units of 24㎡A, 18 units of 24㎡B, 32 units of 24㎡C, 108 units of 37㎡A, 54 units of 45㎡A, and 54 units of 45㎡B. For young adults and newlyweds in their 20s and 30s, Lotte Castle’s specialized design and built-in systems from furniture to home appliances have been applied to the small housing units (exclusive 24㎡). Additionally, 0.79 self-parking spaces per unit have been provided to enhance tenant convenience.
As it is supplied as public-supported private rental housing, long-term residence of up to 10 years is possible, and rental prices competitive compared to surrounding market prices will reduce the burden. Moreover, through Lotte Construction’s premium residential service "Ellis," rent increase rates can be limited to below 5%, and the Castle Link service will enable movement within the public-supported private rental housing complexes of Lotte Castle or between nationwide complexes.
Special community facilities within the complex that captivate the 2030 generation
"Hadan Lotte Castle" offers leisure activities with a rooftop garden and fitness center, a book cafe, and childcare facilities designed on the top floor of the complex. The complex also features commercial spaces, open public areas, and a customized community startup support center for the 2030 generation, allowing residents to enjoy a diverse daily life.
Commercial facilities secured with abundant demand base
"Hadan Lotte Castle" will have a total of 19 neighborhood living facilities on the first floor of the complex, securing exclusive demand from the 356 households within the complex. Being located in an ultra-station area near Dangni Station on Busan Subway Line 1 also makes it easy to secure a large floating population, providing an even richer demand base.
"Hadan Lotte Castle" is currently operating a sales promotion center, and move-in is scheduled for October 2022.
