[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] The Korea Creative Content Agency's online content education platform, ‘Edukocca (EDUKOCCA)’, has undergone a revamp.
Edukocca is an online education platform that offers about 300 free content education courses covering broadcasting, games, performances, webtoons, web novels, and more. It is available to anyone interested in content planning, production, and business. With an average of about 30,000 users annually and over 130,000 views, it has established itself as a leading online education platform in the content field.
This revamp focused on improving user convenience by introducing ▲a content recommendation system ▲real-time popular content exposure ▲site map rearrangement ▲and chatbot implementation for inquiry responses.
The content recommendation system prioritizes displaying related content on the main page immediately after login when users select their personal areas of interest, enabling instant learning. Even without logging in, a list of lectures based on real-time popularity is shown on the main page, enhancing accessibility to high-demand courses.
Additionally, through a simple and intuitive site map rearrangement, a user interface (UI) was implemented that allows first-time visitors to easily navigate according to their purpose. The introduction of a chatbot capable of responding to customer inquiries 24/7 enables users to receive information more promptly.
The Korea Creative Content Agency plans to significantly expand lecture content featuring active industry professionals. Eight new courses have been newly launched with participation from experts with rich field experience, including writer Kim Botong, the original creator and adapter of Netflix original content, and Kim Ryunhee CP of Studio Dragon, who planned genre dramas such as ‘Voice’ and ‘Son the Guest’.
Jeon Wooyoung, head of the Corporate Talent Development Division at the Korea Creative Content Agency, said, “This revamp was carried out to make K-content education easier and faster to use,” adding, “We will continue to enhance the quality and accessibility of educational content to contribute to nurturing future talent in the content industry.”
