Seongnam City announced on the 25th that it will accept applications for vouchers to purchase menstrual products from the 26th of this month until the 12th of next month, targeting female adolescents aged 11 to 18 who were born between January 1, 2004, and December 31, 2011.
Applications can be made online through the 'Local Gift Certificate Chak app' or in person at the administrative welfare center of the applicant's residential district. However, applicants under the age of 14 must have a guardian apply on their behalf.

The support amount is 12,000 KRW per month, totaling 144,000 KRW annually. The amount will be provided as Mobile Seongnam Love Gift Certificates according to the resident registration reference date.
The vouchers can be used at CU convenience stores within the jurisdiction that have signed agreements to accept Seongnam Love Gift Certificates. Only menstrual-related products can be purchased. The support funds must be used by December 31.
Meanwhile, those who moved in after July 1 of this year can apply for support funds in the 4th quarter (October to December). The 4th quarter application period is from October 6 to 19.
