New material media commerce group Plus & Partners announced that it has selected DB Financial Investment as the lead underwriter for its listing and is entering the full-scale initial public offering (IPO) process.
Plus & Partners operates 'Ecogram,' Korea's first eco-friendly lifestyle platform, and from this month, it is sequentially entering seven major domestic department stores including Lotte Department Store and Galleria Department Store. Starting in the second half of the year, it also plans to expand into overseas markets such as Japan, Taiwan, and China. In addition, it is gaining attention by continuously developing materials such as RECOtex, a biodegradable eco-friendly material, and other materials aimed at restoring natural ecosystems.
Jang Hyung-wook, CEO of Plus & Partners, said, "With the selection of the lead underwriter for this listing as a starting point, we will do our best to carry out the listing procedures quickly and accurately to successfully complete the IPO without any issues. We also plan to comprehensively review and implement measures to maximize corporate value."
