Ottogi 'Samgyeopsal Wasabi Gochujang Sauce'... "Spicy and Pungent"

[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Ottogi announced on the 18th that it has launched the 'Samgyeopsal Wasabi Gochujang Sauce.'

The Samgyeopsal Wasabi Gochujang Sauce is a product that allows you to enjoy spicy gochujang and pungent wasabi at the same time. It enhances the flavor with Cheongyang chili peppers, garlic, and doenjang, and features a clean aftertaste that cuts through the greasiness of the meat.

It can be used as a dipping sauce not only for various meats but also for vegetables such as cucumber, carrot, and chili peppers. Additionally, if you generously apply the sauce on samgyeopsal and grill it, you can complete a delicious gochujang samgyeopsal without any additional seasoning.

Ottogi explained that it developed this new product reflecting consumer needs for new flavors that did not exist before.
