GS Retail announced on the 17th that it has launched the integrated paid membership "Prime Membership" for its online platforms.
Prime Membership is an integrated paid membership that covers GS Fresh Mall, a grocery shopping platform operated by GS Retail, and Dalli Salda, a value consumption specialty mall. The paid membership "Dalli Dream" of Dalli Salda has been integrated into GS Fresh Mall to launch "Prime Membership."
The monthly subscription fee for Prime Membership is 3,900 KRW. Existing benefits enjoyed by Dalli Dream members, such as up to 60% discounts on Dalli Salda products, are maintained, and new benefits such as ▲ unlimited free same-day delivery ▲ coupon packs worth up to 28,000 KRW ▲ 5,000 points of GS Shop rewards have been added.
Unlimited free same-day delivery is a benefit automatically applied when Prime Membership members order over 15,000 KRW. GS Retail expects active influx of 1-2 person households who prefer small-quantity grocery shopping due to the feature of unlimited free delivery even with a low order amount.
Prime Membership members receive a coupon pack worth 28,000 KRW every month. The coupon pack consists of five types: three discount coupons of 4,000 KRW, 8,000 KRW, and 10,000 KRW usable in three tiers starting from an order amount of 50,000 KRW, a 20% discount coupon (up to 4,000 KRW) for Simply Cook products, and a 2,000 KRW discount coupon for Wine25Plus.
As a launch event, a promotion offering 100% cashback on the subscription fee for three months is held for new Prime Membership subscribers. The subscription fee is returned as "The Pop Rewards," which can be used like cash on GS Fresh Mall. This event will continue as a regular event without a set end date for the time being. Additionally, for customers using the same-day delivery service, a 100% issuance of 5,000 points of "The Pop Rewards" is given for payments over 50,000 KRW, and a raffle to win a "Neoflam Frying Pan" will be held until the end of this month.
GS Retail plans to continue various activities that organically connect online platforms, starting with the integrated paid membership Prime Membership.
