According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, in the third week of July, a total of 7,168 households (including officetels, private pre-subscriptions, and rentals, excluding Happy Housing) will accept subscription applications at 21 locations nationwide. Although the revised price ceiling system will be implemented from the 15th, it only applies to announcements for tenant recruitment made after that date, so it does not affect the supply volume for this week.

According to the revised price ceiling system, essential expenses such as residential relocation costs, moving expenses, and business loss compensation will be additionally reflected in the land cost surcharge, excluding public land.

This week, private pre-subscription applications are scheduled at two locations. In Incheon, Daebang Construction will sell "Incheon Yeongjong International City Dietre" located in Jung-gu, Jungsan-dong on the 19th. It consists of 7 buildings from basement level 2 to 46 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 112㎡, totaling 1,021 households. Among them, 868 households will accept pre-subscription applications. On the same day in Sejong, "Sejong Geumgang Penterium The Siglo" (272 households) will accept subscriptions.

On the same day in Seoul, Hyundai Engineering will accept subscription applications for "Hillstate Gwanak New Fore" being built in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu. It consists of 7 buildings from basement level 3 to 35 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 44 to 84㎡, totaling 1,143 households. Among them, 139 households will be supplied as publicly supported private rental units.

Additionally, on the 19th, subscription applications will be accepted for "Hillstate Gwacheon Disentro 1 & 2" (359 units) in Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi, "Hanwha Forena Incheonguwol" (434 households) in Namdong-gu, Incheon, "Hillstate Daemyeong Central 2" (977 households) in Nam-gu, Daegu, and "Jungchon SK VIEW" (307 households) in Jung-gu, Daejeon.

There will be one model house open, announcements of winners at 10 locations, and official contracts at 17 locations.
