Hyundai Construction to Launch 'Hillstate Macroen' for Sale in July

Hyundai Construction plans to launch sales of 'Hillstate Macroen' in July in Daewon-dong, Seongsan-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do. It is expected to be popular among buyers due to its access to the well-established infrastructure of Daewon-dong and its pleasant location near Daesang Park (scheduled for 2024).


Hillstate Macroen will be developed on a scale of 951 households across 8 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 33 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡. The number of units by exclusive area is △59㎡A 416 units △59㎡B 106 units △59㎡C 30 units △71㎡A 129 units △71㎡B 98 units △71㎡C 66 units △84㎡A 80 units △84㎡B 26 units. Among these, 168 units will be available for general sale, including 119 units of 59㎡A and 49 units of 59㎡B.


Interest in the real estate market in Changwon-si, where Hillstate Macroen is located, is increasing. On June 30, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport lifted regulations on six speculative overheated districts and eleven adjustment target areas, including Uichang-gu in Changwon-si. With the removal from the speculative overheated district, restrictions on resale of pre-sale rights are eased, and transfer of reconstruction and redevelopment association member status becomes possible.


Due to this atmosphere, Hillstate Macroen has attracted significant attention from the market and buyers even before sales began. The complex is classified under Uichang-gu, the administrative district at the time of management disposition approval, because the administrative district changed from Uichang-gu to Seongsan-gu on July 1, 2021. Therefore, Hillstate Macroen is the only non-regulated complex in Seongsan-gu, allowing anyone to apply regardless of home ownership, and there are no resale restrictions, which is expected to attract many buyers.


Hillstate Macroen is being developed together with Daesang Park (scheduled for 2024), which spans approximately 830,000㎡, drawing attention from buyers even before sales. Daesang Park is expected to become an eco-friendly park in the city center and establish itself as Changwon's Central Park.


The complex is located in a central living area within Changwon, close to shopping facilities such as Homeplus, NewCore Outlet, City Seven Mall, and Starfield Changwon (scheduled to open in 2025). Convenient facilities nearby include CGV, Changwon Sports Park, and Changwon Fatima Hospital.


The surrounding educational environment is well established. Daewon Elementary School is within walking distance, and middle schools, high schools, and universities are located within a 1 km radius.


The complex also offers conditions favorable for proximity to work. The Changwon National Industrial Complex, covering a total area of about 25.3㎢, is located within commuting distance. The Changwon National Industrial Complex is an industrial complex aimed at creating a world-class advanced machinery industrial complex, currently housing about 2,900 companies. Therefore, the complex is expected to have abundant residential demand.


The location also offers easy access to a wide-area transportation network. The complex is close to transportation facilities such as KTX Changwon Central Station, Changwon Station, and Changwon Bus Terminal, making travel to major domestic cities including Daegu and Daejeon convenient. Additionally, major roads such as Changwon, Changi, and Wonidaero are adjacent, allowing quick travel within the region by car, and easy access to Wanam IC for travel to areas like Busan and Gimhae.


As an apartment constructed by Hyundai Construction, Hillstate Macroen features various specialized designs and product qualities. All units are primarily south-facing for excellent natural light and adopt a 4-bay slab-type structure (for all units) that ensures good ventilation. Furthermore, spacious storage designs such as dressing rooms and alpha rooms maximize space utilization.

The Hillstate Macroen model house is scheduled to open at the end of July.
