‘ePyeonhansesang Bupyeong Station Central Park,’ jointly constructed by DL Construction and DL E&C, is scheduled for sale in July. This location boasts a ‘double park zone’ situated between the region’s representative large parks, ‘Bupyeong Park’ and ‘Hope Park & Hope Sports Park.’

As urbanization accelerates, enjoying nature in the city center is not easy, making a park zone location itself provide residents with comfort and satisfaction. According to last year’s Zigbang Big Data Lab, when asked about the most important external factors in choosing a residential space after COVID-19, one in three respondents (31.6%) selected ‘pleasantness ? park zone, forest zone,’ the highest proportion.

It is especially ideal if the nearby park is not just a small ‘playground’ but a large park equipped with various facilities. As the size increases, the green space naturally expands, and since it is a major local facility used by many people, it is maintained more cleanly and frequently hosts cultural events such as festivals, art fairs, and concerts, allowing residents to enjoy diverse leisure activities.

Residents of ‘ePyeonhansesang Bupyeong Station Central Park’ are expected to have direct access to Bupyeong Park via a pedestrian overpass adjacent to the complex. According to Incheon City Hall, the park covers an area of 113,000㎡ and includes facilities such as foot volleyball courts, basketball courts, gateball courts, a central plaza, children’s playground, fountain, walking trails, and parking lots. Various cultural events like the ‘Bupyeong Arts Festival’ are also held here.

Additionally, Bupyeong Park is rare among urban parks in that it allows the installation of shade tents in designated areas. This feature has earned the park high praise among locals, as families can leisurely enjoy seasonal nature, such as cherry blossom viewing in spring and simple water play in summer.

To the west of the complex, within a 10-minute walk, lies Hope Park and Hope Sports Park. These parks are well-equipped with hiking trails, exercise equipment, foot volleyball courts, basketball courts, and gateball courts. Furthermore, a large-scale park is planned as part of the ‘Camp Market Relocation Site Return and Utilization Project’ currently underway near the complex.

Scheduled for sale in July, ‘ePyeonhansesang Bupyeong Station Central Park’ will be located in Bupyeong-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, consisting of 13 buildings ranging from two basement floors to 30 floors above ground, with units sized between 39 and 84㎡. The general sale targets 457 units sized 49 to 59㎡, mainly small-sized units preferred by younger generations.

This complex is not only in a double park zone but also a ‘double station zone’ apartment. It is within walking distance of Bupyeong Station on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1 and Dongsu Station on Incheon Subway Line 1, allowing convenient commuting to Seoul and easy access within Incheon via two subway lines. Moreover, once the GTX-B line (scheduled for construction), which will pass through downtown Seoul, opens, it will complete a ‘triple station zone.’

The road traffic network is also excellent. Within a 10-minute drive are Songnae IC and Bupyeong IC, providing quick access to the Gyeongin Expressway and the Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway. Using Gyeongin-ro (National Route 46), adjacent to the complex, vehicle travel to Ju-an, Bucheon, Sindorim, and Yeouido is also convenient.

Another highlight is the proximity to well-established superior living infrastructure. Within a 1km radius of ‘ePyeonhansesang Bupyeong Station Central Park’ are kindergartens, elementary and middle schools, administrative welfare centers, large marts, outlets, Bupyeong Station underground shopping mall, Bupyeong Culture Street, and Catholic University Incheon St. Mary’s Hospital.

DL Group’s flagship residential brand ‘ePyeonhansesang’ plans to incorporate specialized designs that attract attention. The complex will feature various specialized community facilities to enhance residents’ convenience, including an indoor golf range, fitness center, lounge caf?, and indoor playground.

The housing exhibition center for ‘ePyeonhansesang Bupyeong Station Central Park’ will operate by advance reservation to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
