GS Construction to Launch 'Asan Xi Grand Park' in Chungnam in September

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] GS Construction announced on the 12th that it plans to launch sales of 'Asan Xi Grand Park' in Yonghwa-dong 137-3 area, Asan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, in September.

This complex will be built on Blocks 1 and 2 within the Asan-si Yonghwa Sports Park Development Project, the first private park special project in Asan-si. Block 1 consists of 5 buildings with 739 units, ranging from 3 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors. Block 2 consists of 6 buildings with 849 units, ranging from 4 basement floors to 37 above-ground floors.

The Yonghwa Sports Park included in Asan Xi Grand Park will be developed as a large park of approximately 160,000㎡, equivalent to about 32 soccer fields. It will feature sports facilities such as an indoor gymnasium and children's sports playground, as well as rest and cultural spaces like an ecological experience center and forest health resting area.

Onyang Oncheon Station on Subway Line 1 is nearby, and KTX Cheonan Asan Station is also close. The Dangjin-Cheonan Expressway, Seobu Inland Expressway, and Seohae Line double-track railway are scheduled to open soon. Schools such as Asan Elementary, Yonghwa Elementary, Onyang Middle, Yonghwa High, and Chungnam Foreign Language High School are concentrated within walking distance, and the Asan City Central Library is also nearby. Within a 2 km radius, there are also E-Mart, Lotte Mart, and traditional markets.

GS Construction applied innovative designs to this complex. Various floor plans such as 4-bay plate-type and tower-type layouts expand options, and spaces like pantries and dressing rooms are specialized by type. The exclusive 149㎡ units will also feature various types of large penthouses.

Eligibility for first-priority subscription requires a subscription account period of more than 6 months and meeting the deposit criteria by area and size. Homeowners and household members can also apply. As it is a non-regulated area, restrictions on re-winning do not apply, and resale of pre-sale rights is allowed until the move-in date.

A GS Construction sales official said, "As a complex developed through a private park special project in Asan, it will provide a pleasant residential environment," adding, "It will become a landmark complex representing the area."
