- Operating a car club with 17 million members in collaboration with SequenceN and issuing car NFTs
- Collaborating with car finance fintech company Kadong on blockchain-based mobility-related business
K-Block Co., Ltd. (CEO Masangyong), an NFT specialized company operating Clayticket, is officially launching its mobility NFT business by signing consecutive business agreements with automobile-related companies.
First, K-Block recently signed a business agreement with SequenceN Co., Ltd. (CEO Yang Jongseon). SequenceN manages about 80 online automobile clubs in Korea, with a total membership of 17 million. SequenceN announced that it will collaborate with K-Block to issue automobile NFTs. Going forward, SequenceN will jointly plan and market the automobile NFT business with K-Block, and K-Block plans to exclusively sell NFTs on its self-developed comprehensive NFT platform.
Additionally, K-Block has formed a partnership with Kadong (CEO Lee Kang-eung), an automobile platform. The two companies agreed to jointly carry out blockchain-based NFT business. Kadong is an automobile direct finance brand that started its business under the name ‘Direct Auto’ over 10 years ago, leading the domestic direct finance market by providing high-quality services based on extensive know-how. Kadong has partnerships with Hana Bank, Samsung Card, and Daegu Bank, and recently signed a business agreement with DGB Capital to provide financial services.
A K-Block representative stated, “Through this partnership with two companies that have many members in the domestic automobile market, the ‘NFT K-Ecosystem’ that K-Block is building is expected to accelerate further. We plan to offer various services and benefits such as minting, staking, marketplace, commerce, travel, and content to NFT holders on our self-developed NFT portal platform. We will develop utility NFTs with diverse commercial functions and strive to provide NFT services that have high usability on their own, regardless of the volatility of the virtual asset market.”
Having successfully completed the LMC Koonta NFT project sold out in April, K-Block plans to unveil a new LMC NFT project with another artist this month on its platform, Clayticket.
