Distinctive Aesthetic Value Unique to 'Asti'... Unveiled in Songpa This August

‘ASTY,’ which was supplied last year in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, and emerged as a new standard of high-end residential culture, is set to launch its second supply in the young affluent area of Songpa-gu.

Launched in June last year, ‘ASTY Nonhyeon’ received market acclaim by applying a differentiated brand concept as an aesthetic residential space that considers the elevated tastes and preferences of consumers, rather than merely being a high-end residential space adorned with luxury.

In fact, ‘ASTY Nonhyeon’ was designed with a focus on maximizing aesthetic value from the exterior to the interior and amenities. It offered penthouse-level openness with higher ceiling heights compared to typical officetels, and most unit types were designed with two-sided windows to allow residents to enjoy unobstructed city views.

The rotating wall, which allows spaces to be transformed according to the resident’s lifestyle, was realized for the first time in its class of residential spaces. Collaborations with world-renowned design firms such as Rimadesio, D.Edition, Modulnova, and La Cornue maximized the aesthetic value of the living spaces.

Private amenities that transcend physical limits also attracted great interest. The top floor features an exotic party pool, and the ASTY Kitchen is equipped with a La Cornue oven to facilitate home parties or business gatherings. Additionally, ASTY Gym offers personal lessons in yoga, Pilates, and spinning, while dry saunas, massage rooms, and a spa with private bathtubs provide spaces to unwind from daily fatigue.

ASTY’s unique differentiated brand identity has also been recognized on the global stage. ASTY became the first high-end officetel in Korea to win the main prize in the interior and residential category at the ‘iF Design Award 2022,’ one of the world’s top three design awards.

Real estate developer Over9 Holdings, following the successful sales of ‘ASTY Nonhyeon,’ a residential space embodying the pinnacle of aesthetic value, plans to unveil ‘ASTY Cabin,’ a high-end residential space embracing the aesthetics of nature, in Songpa-gu this August.

‘ASTY Cabin’ will be located in Garak-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, consisting of 187 residential officetel units ranging from 27 to 48 square meters, spanning from 8 basement floors to 18 above-ground floors. Notably, the concept of a cabin?offering quiet and safe rest amid the bustling city?is reflected in the exterior, interior layout, and community spaces, all embodying the aesthetics of nature.

The Gangnam and Songpa area where ‘ASTY Cabin’ is being developed is considered a central axis for Gangnam area expansion, equipped with significant development benefits. A representative project is the international exchange complex district development on a 1.99 million square meter site connecting Gangnam-gu Samsung-dong (COEX) to Songpa-gu Jamsil-dong (Jamsil Sports Complex), which will include exhibition, convention, hotel, and sports complexes.

Additionally, the Songpa ICT Security Cluster complex development, which will serve as a hub for 4th industrial revolution job creation, the Suseo Station transfer center complex development project with the planned entry of Shinsegae Department Store, and the only new town development in Gangnam?Geoyeomacheon urban development?are underway, promising that this area will transform into a new Songpa and a new Seoul.

The differentiated brand philosophy unique to the high-end officetel brand ASTY will be maintained. ‘ASTY Cabin,’ which embodies the aesthetics of nature, reflects the natural aesthetic curves shaped by time, like columnar joints, in its architectural design. The lower floors feature curved glass curtain walls, creating a safe space isolated from the outside while securing a distinctive fa?ade design.

The interior concept captures the times of sunrise and sunset, and an evolved floor plan is introduced to accommodate the diverse lifestyles of one- to two-person households. Despite the small size, some layouts apply a 3-bay design to maximize lighting and ventilation, and glass materials are actively used in finishes to enhance openness.

Particularly, features such as wardrobes that open from both directions, hidden kitchens designed to conceal daily life when not in use, and magnetic rail lighting systems that allow easy changes to lighting plans maximize space utilization while adding convenience to living with aesthetic specialized designs.

The second residential space of the high-end officetel brand ASTY, ‘ASTY Cabin,’ is scheduled to be unveiled in August, and the ASTY Cabin gallery can be visited by 100% advance reservation.
