KCC Glass, Recruitment-Linked Internship Program Open

The internship recruitment covers a total of 15 positions across 4 fields: ▲ Production Technology with 5 positions (Coated Glass Technology, Coated Glass Production, Safety Glass Development, Plant Process (Refractory), Interior Logistics Management) ▲ Sales with 4 positions (Construction Sales, Film Sales, Trade, Overseas Promotion/Orders) ▲ Marketing with 2 positions (Brand, Advertising) ▲ Management Support with 4 positions (ERP Operation, Distribution/Infrastructure, Finance/Tax/Accounting, Management Accounting).

Applicants must be graduates of a 4-year university or expected to graduate by August 2022 and be able to complete an 8-week internship scheduled for August and September after passing the internship selection. Male applicants must have completed military service or be exempt and have no disqualifications for overseas travel. Persons with disabilities and veterans eligible for employment protection will be given preferential treatment according to relevant laws.

KCC Glass will select the final successful candidates through comprehensive screening including document review, interviews, and employment health checkups. Successful interns will be converted to full-time employees after a final evaluation following the completion of the internship. The announcement of the final full-time conversion is expected to take place in October.
