[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] Lotte Homeshopping will expand the sale of reasonably priced easy health foods such as famous restaurants' galbi and Tongyeong eel ahead of Chobok on the 16th.


According to Lotte Homeshopping on the 11th, it will present 'Gyeongbokgung Flower Galbi Grilled Meat' at 5:40 PM on the 12th. The flower galbi part of the beef is selected and aged for a long time using the recipe of a famous restaurant with 30 years of tradition. On the day of the broadcast, it will be offered in a large capacity set of 8 packs (total 2.4kg).


On the 13th at 4:40 PM, 'Tongyeong Sea Eel' will be sold exclusively. The sea eel, sourced from the South Sea, is cooked with a special teriyaki sauce. Comedian Heo Kyunghwan, who has experience hosting many cooking entertainment programs, will appear on the broadcast to introduce the cooking method. In addition, to overcome the heat, on the 15th at 7:40 PM, summer foods such as 'Paul Bassett Ice Cream' made with organic raw milk from a famous domestic ranch will also be introduced.


Kang Jaejun, head of the Food Living Division at Lotte Homeshopping, said, "As the heatwave continues since last month and the burden of dining out increases due to rising prices, we plan to expand the sale of health foods that can be easily enjoyed at home for Chobok." He added, "Reflecting customer demand, we will continuously offer easy meals with large capacity sets and reasonable prices, including famous restaurants and local delicacies, contributing to stabilizing food prices during the summer."
