Daegu Cyber University's social contribution project, 'Running DCU Cafe,' has been operating a coffee truck in partnership with the coffee specialty store Mashigray since June.
It was planned to support citizens and marginalized groups in institutions who had a difficult time due to COVID-19 by visiting their locations and providing coffee.
Lee Geun-yong, president of Daegu Cyber University, said, "I was rather comforted by the bright faces of students with disabilities receiving drinks," and added, "I am glad that the university has the opportunity to contribute to society through such a small campaign."
Daegu Cyber University also visited Gyeongsan Disabled Welfare Center and Gyeongsan Public Health Center on the 21st of last month to express gratitude.
Daegu Cyber University has been recruiting new and transfer students for the second semester of the 2022 academic year since June 1st.
