Didim, Movie 'Hunt' Ticket Giveaway Event Held

[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Didim, a Kosdaq-listed dining company, announced on the 7th that it will hold an event giving away 100 movie tickets for actor Lee Jung-jae’s directorial debut film, "Hunt," to customers of its franchise brands.

Didim prepared this event under the concept of a "Daily Life Recovery Cultural Event" in response to increased social activities following the lifting of social distancing measures. The event is held on the Instagram accounts of Didim’s franchise brands: "Yeonansikdang," "Shin Mapo Galmaegi," "Gorae Gamjatang," and "Gorae Sikdang." To enter, participants must follow the official Instagram of each brand and leave a comment on the event post.

The event entry period is one month, from July 8 to August 7, and a total of 100 winners will be selected by drawing to receive two tickets each for the movie "Hunt."

The movie "Hunt" is directed by and stars actor Lee Jung-jae and is one of the representative Korean films invited to this year’s Cannes Film Festival. The cast includes Lee Jung-jae, Jung Woo-sung, Jeon Hye-jin, Heo Sung-tae, and Go Yoon-jung. "Hunt" is a spy action drama about National Intelligence Service agents Park Pyung-ho and Kim Jung-do, who suspect each other while trying to uncover a spy hidden within their organization. They face a massive incident known as "South Korea’s first assassination operation." The film has attracted significant attention from movie fans even before its release, as Lee Jung-jae and Jung Woo-sung, known to be close friends in the film industry, star together.

A Didim representative said, “In line with the increase in movie theater customers following the full lifting of social distancing, we prepared this cultural event for our customers,” adding, “Starting with the movie ‘Hunt,’ we plan to communicate with customers through various events.”
