The Excellent Science and Technology Paper Award is given to scientists and engineers who have published the most outstanding paper in a year through creative research activities.
Professor Yoon received the excellent paper award in the engineering field by publishing a paper on the development of zinc oxide-based transparent conductive films applicable to optoelectronic devices such as solar cells and scintillators.
In addition to research on hydrogen fuel cells and hydrogen separation membranes, he has conducted various energy-related studies and published over 60 papers in domestic and international academic journals.
In 2007, he was listed in ‘Marquis Who's Who,’ one of the world's top three biographical dictionaries.
