Twosome Place Completes Construction of Coffee and Dessert Production Facility 'Awesome Pairing Plant'

'Awesome Pairing Plant' at Twosome Place located in Eumseong, Chungbuk.

[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Twosome Place announced on the 6th that it has opened a coffee and dessert specialized production facility called the ‘Awesome Pairing Plant.’

Located in Eumseong, Chungbuk, the Awesome Pairing Plant consists of a dessert production area, coffee roasting area, and coffee development lab. Twosome Place invested approximately 40 billion KRW to build a two-story facility on a 6,000-pyeong (about 19,800㎡) site.

The dessert production area creates various premium cakes and desserts, including Twosome’s signature cake, the ‘Strawberry Chocolate Fresh Cream.’ For some processes requiring precision, smart processes have been introduced to deliver even higher quality cakes. Going forward, Twosome plans to establish a dual production system with the Awesome Dessert Plant currently operating in Jeongeup, Jeonbuk. Additionally, through collaboration with the R&D center, continuous quality improvement, management, and new product development will enhance the taste and quality of desserts, which are the brand’s core competitive strengths.

The coffee roasting area is managed by Twosome Place’s coffee production team, composed of the country’s top coffee experts, who are responsible for producing coffee beans that embody Twosome’s unique taste and quality by adopting the latest equipment. The Italian Brambati roasters, which have been in operation since 2015, were doubled in capacity and upgraded with the latest features.

To maintain the optimal taste and quality of the coffee beans, a fully automated roasting process has been established, and the coffee development lab conducts research on coffee quality management.
