Coupang plans to select talents who have innovative ideas about safety management and can lead safety at the workplace. The recruitment position is in the logistics safety management field at Rocket Delivery hubs (camps), and applications can be submitted through Coupang's own recruitment page until the 14th.

This recruitment is open to those with less than one year of experience who hold a bachelor's degree related to safety and an Industrial Safety Engineer certification. Even without practical experience, new hires can develop expertise as safety managers through systematic programs such as safety management training after joining, coaching from assigned managers, and periodic refresher training.

The recruitment process proceeds in the order of ▲document screening ▲phone interview ▲task evaluation ▲face-to-face interview. Successful candidates will be assigned on-site to Rocket Delivery hubs located in Seoul, Incheon, Paju, Western Gyeonggi, and Busan after completing Coupang's in-house practical safety management training. Major duties include ▲establishing and managing camp safety and health plans ▲conducting camp risk assessments and managing risk improvements ▲conducting legally mandated safety education and safety education to enhance safety culture at the camp ▲investigating accidents and establishing recurrence prevention plans in case of camp disasters.
