Woori Management also introduced ‘WooriGenie,’ the industry’s first self-developed comprehensive management platform, at the ceremony. WooriGenie means ‘the problem solver for management tasks’ and consists of three functions: Data Center, Work Center, and Communication Center.
The Data Center systematically categorizes and provides over 3,000 materials necessary for management tasks, such as manuals, forms, templates, regulations, announcements, and related laws, making them easy to find and use through a menu-based system.
The Work Center includes the manager and accounting handbook, management calendar, and safety and health sections. It provides necessary materials such as legal grounds, execution guidelines, and related forms for work.
The Management Calendar supports schedule management for 140 core regular tasks that must be performed by management offices (such as planning, contractor selection, regular inspections and diagnostics, mandatory legal education, etc.), preventing task omissions and storing execution result data in the system.

It started with 302 business sites and 220,000 households but has experienced rapid growth every year and currently manages 1,310 business sites and 930,000 households.
