The high-end residential space ‘The Grow Seocho,’ which has been gaining positive responses from consumers due to its design that faithfully fulfills the core functions of luxury living, is currently hosting an art fair at its model house. It has evolved from a mere space to preview residential units into a sophisticated gallery where visitors can imagine how popular artworks by renowned artists would look in their own homes and enjoy salon concerts with like-minded individuals.
‘The Grow Seocho’ is holding an ‘Art Fair’ in collaboration with Cham Gallery at ‘THE GROW HAUS,’ located near Dosan Park in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, until August 24. Under the concept of completing one’s home through art, the event features various art collection exhibitions and lectures, art collecting consultations, and salon concerts.
The units configured inside ‘The Grow Seocho’ reinterpret residential spaces by adding practicality and high functionality, offering various setups that allow residents to create their own personal galleries. Exhibited works include pieces by the master artist Nam June Paik, Oh Myunghee?who is holding a special exhibition in Venice by invitation from the European Culture Center?and Han Youngwook, internationally recognized for his hyperrealistic portraiture, attracting the attention of art enthusiasts.
Additionally, ‘The Grow Seocho’ offers special programs centered on art and music. Lectures cover art collecting know-how for beginners and practical auction stories, while salon concerts featuring gayageum, harp, and opera are also held.
Regarding this, a sales representative stated, “This art fair was prepared to alleviate the cultural thirst of consumers who have been restrained due to the COVID-19 pandemic,” adding, “We hope many customers can enjoy profound cultural experiences at ‘THE GROW HAUS,’ which has transformed into a complex cultural space with culture and art.”
Meanwhile, ‘The Grow Seocho,’ developed in the Seocho-dong area of Gangnam-gu and Seocho-gu, Seoul, is receiving strong market responses due to its differentiated residential and investment values. Composed of residential officetels, ‘The Grow Seocho’ mainly offers highly preferred 2-room units, with some units designed as 3-bay layouts, making it a sought-after residential option in Gangnam where small apartments are scarce.
The high-end amenities specialized on the top floor also attract attention. The building’s top floor features a sky community with panoramic views, where residents can enjoy breakfast and fitness while overlooking Umyeonsan Mountain. Additionally, the rooftop includes a private pool with a 25-meter-long infinity pool and dining tables. This space is intended to be used for relaxation and parties while enjoying Umyeonsan in the heart of Seocho-dong.
The location is also excellent. The complex is surrounded by Umyeonsan and Seoripul Park, providing a pleasant residential environment, and Seoul Subway Line 3’s Nambu Terminal Station (Seoul Arts Center) is within walking distance. Notably, Seoul High School and Sangmoon High School, which ranked first and second among general high schools producing the most Seoul National University entrants in 2021, as well as the ‘Megastudy Teamplay Specialist Center’ directly operated by Korea’s leading education company Megastudy, are nearby, attracting strong interest from buyers aiming for education purposes in Seocho-dong.
‘The Grow Seocho’ consists of 221 residential officetel units ranging from 49 to 100 square meters in exclusive area, spread over seven basement floors to 19 above-ground floors. Although located in Seocho-gu, designated as a speculative overheating district, it offers up to 70% LTV on balance payment loans and is unaffected by the second phase of DSR regulations. Additionally, interest-free benefits on interim payments are provided. The model house operates by prior reservation.
