▲ LIS = Disclosed occurrence of overdue loans amounting to 4.05 billion KRW and interest of 230.9743 million KRW due to operating fund shortage. This corresponds to 12.34% of equity capital.

▲ DA Technology = Signed a supply contract for laser application equipment for secondary battery assembly process worth 1.37823 billion KRW with an overseas battery manufacturer. This corresponds to 3.04% of recent sales.
