WiseAI, Commercializes AI Medical Integration Platform Linked with EMR

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Wise AI, a company specializing in AI medical integrated support solutions, announced on the 4th that it has established the Virtual Care Center medical integrated platform ‘SSAM-Verse’ at Miso Eye Clinic.


It is expected to support high-quality medical services 24 hours a day in medical settings, maximizing customer convenience and work processing capacity.


Wise AI commercialized the ‘AI Call Response Service (SSAM-Call)’ at Miso Eye Clinic Wirye Branch in January this year. In February, it built the AI homepage (SSAM-Page).


The initial supply model provided hospital information and procedure-related content through AI Call and AI Page services without EMR integration. During consultation hours, calls and reservations were connected to staff, while outside consultation hours, staff checked consultation status and notes on the platform’s administrator page (AI HQ) and called back customers through the AI staff service system.


Even after building the initial model, Wise AI continuously improved the system through monitoring operations such as call history. To accommodate patients unfamiliar with AI systems, Wise AI provided customized services necessary for hospital operations, such as incorporating greetings from Dr. Jin-Hyung Park, the representative director of Miso Eye Clinic, into call scripts.


In February, Wise AI began developing a reservation service integrated with EMR through a business partnership with EMR developer ‘DoctorCRM.’ Wise AI successfully established and commercialized the integrated medical platform SSAM-Verse with EMR integration at Miso Eye Clinic Wirye Branch, enabling real-time care for new and returning patients.


Wise AI also provides a Dream Lens outbound service through AI scenario development. The Dream Lens outbound service is an AI system that calls and assists with guidance and reservations when lenses are delivered to the hospital after production.


A Wise AI official said, "With the commercialization of reservation and outbound services, real-time care for new and returning patients is now possible beyond the existing simple AI staff service."
