On that day, the Pretty homepage returned to normal around 5 p.m., just a few hours after the access disruption began in the morning.

On online communities, some customers who tried to use self-activation for the MVNO plans or contact customer service shared their inconveniences. One user expressed frustration, saying, "I kept trying to access the site for self-activation from 10 a.m., but it did not work."

A representative from Pritelcom stated, "We were conducting a system upgrade, but a delay error occurred," adding, "We will improve the system going forward."
