About 70 participants, including female university students who are representative women leaders of Gangjin-gun and members of the citizen participation group, attended the education session, with Lee Su-a, director of the Haenam Sexual Violence Counseling Center, serving as the instructor.

The content covered various real-life related cases such as hidden cameras in public restrooms, sensational news headlines emphasizing women, secondary damage from sexual violence and sexual harassment incidents, and the ways adults treat young children.

Citizen participation group member Kim said, "The lecture made me aware of inequalities in daily life and became an opportunity to resolve to change myself."

Deputy Governor Yu Mi-ja said, "I hope the women leaders of Gangjin-gun will provide diverse feedback on county policies with enhanced gender sensitivity," and added, "Please actively provide direction so that Gangjin-gun can move toward a gender-equal society."
