Law Firm AK (Chief Attorney An Jong-oh) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on July 1st with the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency and its nine affiliated police stations to protect the rights and promote the welfare of members of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency Public Officials' Workplace Council (Chairman Jang Taek-su).
The agreement includes ▲providing legal consultation and services for civil and criminal cases arising from the work of Public Officials' Workplace Council members ▲drafting civil and criminal complaints ▲acting as direct or indirect relief measures related to compulsory execution.
This MOU strengthens the mutual cooperation system between the two organizations, creating an opportunity to further protect the rights of police officers regarding personal physical and dignity rights.
