[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Shinil announced on the 4th that it plans to sell units of ‘Shinil Happy Tree The Roots’ in the area around Ulsan Deokha Station this month.


‘Ulsan Deokha Station Shinil Happy Tree The Roots’ consists of buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with unit types including ▲71㎡ exclusive use with 139 households, ▲84㎡A type exclusive use with 446 households, and ▲84㎡B type exclusive use with 87 households, totaling 672 households for sale.


The complex is located near Ulsan Deokha Station on the Donghae Line, which has already been opened. Using this station makes it easy to travel within and outside Ulsan city. For those using vehicles, the nearby Cheongnyang IC allows access to the Donghae Expressway (Busan~Ulsan).


Educational facilities are also well-equipped. Cheongnyang Elementary School and Cheongnyang Attached Kindergarten, both within walking distance right in front of the complex, are available for commuting. The academy district in Nam-gu, Ulsan is also nearby.
