Launch of 'Pinpo' App, the Integrated Customer Service Platform of Korea Financial Telecommunications & Clearings Institute

[Asia Economy Reporter Sim Nayoung] The Korea Financial Telecommunications & Clearings Institute (President Kim Haksoo) launched the integrated customer service platform app, Finpo (FFinfo), on the 4th. Through this app, users can check account and card information, pay taxes, and even use the ATM branch locator service.


An official from the Korea Financial Telecommunications & Clearings Institute stated, "Financial information inquiries were separately provided through the 'Accountinfo app' and tax payments through the 'Mobile Giro app,' but with this platform integration, various financial services are now consolidated into the Finpo app, resolving inconveniences for users." Customers who have already registered with the Accountinfo app can sign up with simplified procedures using the easy registration feature.


In line with the service launch, a prize event will be held for registered customers through a lottery, offering smartwatches, wireless earphones, department store gift certificates, and more. Users can participate in the prize event by signing up for the Finpo app or paying taxes, then referring to the related post in the announcements section.
