Isu Construction Wins Seoul Mokdong LH Participatory Street Housing Maintenance Project Contract

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Isu Construction, an affiliate of Isu Group, has won the LH-participation type street housing maintenance project in the Mokdong area of Yangcheon-gu, Seoul.

Isu Construction announced on the 4th that it was selected as the final construction company based on the union members' vote at the LH-participation type street housing maintenance project contractor selection meeting held on the 30th of last month. This project involves constructing two apartment buildings with 85 households (including 18 rental units) and neighborhood living facilities on the site of 557 Mokdong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, with two basement floors and ten above-ground floors.

The Mokdong area in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, where the project is underway, is within walking distance of Yeomchang Station, an express station on Line 9, and offers access to all parts of Seoul via Olympic-daero. Additionally, there are 11 elementary, middle, and high schools within 1 km, and Yongwangsan Neighborhood Park, Dalmaeul Park, and Mok 2-dong Community Center are located nearby.

An official from Isu Construction stated, "We will continue to actively participate in small-scale reconstruction projects as well as private and public street housing maintenance projects, focusing on excellent areas, and achieve good results."
