[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] KB Insurance announced on the 4th that it was selected as an 'Hall of Fame' honored company at the '2022 Korea Service Awards' hosted by the Korea Standards Association on the 1st.
The 'Hall of Fame' of the Korea Service Awards is the most prestigious award in the field of service quality management, given to companies that have won the comprehensive grand prize of the Korea Service Awards for five consecutive years and have scored 850 points or more out of 1000 points based on on-site evaluations of a total of 78 detailed assessment items and employee satisfaction survey results.
KB Insurance, which had won the comprehensive grand prize for seven consecutive years from 2015 until last year, is undertaking management innovation such as planning the development of next-generation information systems in preparation for digital transformation, and received high marks for pursuing data-driven management as an industry leader.
