▲ Yeon E B&T = A complaint was filed with the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office against former chairman Kim and three others on charges of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes (embezzlement). The embezzled amount is 1.368 billion KRW, equivalent to 5.75% of the company's equity capital. The Korea Exchange KOSDAQ Market Division announced that an additional reason for a substantive review of listing eligibility has been added due to the embezzlement and breach of trust allegations against Yeon E B&T.
