Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, Customized Revamp of Job Platform 'Jobaba'

[Asia Economy (Bucheon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation recently completely revamped the job platform 'Jobaba' website.

The Gyeonggi Job Foundation announced on the 3rd that it has newly established the 'Employment Success Roadmap' and 'Customized Corporate Services' on the Jobaba website and has officially started the service.

The Employment Success Roadmap provides services such as job seekers' employment ability diagnosis, employment counseling (resolving employment-related concerns), vocational skill enhancement (self-introduction letter consulting, AI competency tests, etc.), recruitment support (job matching recommendation services, online job fairs, etc.), and follow-up management (employment retention, employment support).

The foundation also launched 'Customized Corporate Services' to support recruitment for companies within the province.

Following the Jobaba service revamp, the foundation will hold an online metaverse job fair together with the 'Gyeonggi Youth Job Match-Up' project from the 4th to the 18th.

Job seekers can check recruitment announcements and apply for positions at desired companies within the metaverse.

Han Ji-won, head of the Informatization Project Center at the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, said, "This service revamp was prepared by closely identifying the needs of job seekers and companies, so we expect it to be effective in resolving job mismatches."
