Transportation Card Recharge Amount Up 24.3%... Teenagers Account for 61.9%

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] GS25 announced on the 3rd that it will launch Pok?mon transportation cards in collaboration with Locomobility, the issuer of the Cashbee transportation card, on the 5th.

The cards consist of five types featuring popular Pok?mon: Pikachu, Charmander, Squirtle, Bulbasaur, and Snorlax. Each transportation card comes with four Pok?mon and a Pok? Ball sticker included.

Each type of transportation card includes different stickers, allowing friends to exchange and uniquely decorate their own cards. There are a total of 20 types of Pok?mon stickers, including the mythical Pok?mon Mew and the legendary Pok?mon Mewtwo, all made with popular Pok?mon designs.

According to GS25, the amount recharged on transportation cards last month increased by 24.3% compared to the same period last year. Among them, teenagers accounted for 61.9% of the total recharge amount.
