According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, a total of 4,088 households (including officetels, private rentals, public sales, and urban lifestyle housing, excluding Happy Housing) will accept subscription applications in 15 locations nationwide in the first week of July.

58.37% (2,386 households) of the total supply is concentrated in provincial metropolitan cities. On the 4th, GS Construction will accept first-priority subscription applications for 'Beomeo Xi,' being built in Beomeo-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu. It consists of 4 buildings from 6 basement floors to 34 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 84 to 114㎡, totaling 399 households.

On the 5th, DL E&C will accept first-priority subscription applications for 'e-Pyeonhansesang Eco Delta Center Point,' being built in Block 19 of Eco Delta City, Gangdong-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan. It consists of 15 buildings from 2 basement floors to 19 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 68 to 84㎡, totaling 953 households. The price ceiling system is applied, so the sale price is set lower than the surrounding market price.

In addition, subscription applications will be accepted at 'Geumho District Daekwang Roseviang' in Geumho-dong, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and 'Daejeon Sky Xi Rene' in Andong, Dong-gu, Daejeon.

In the metropolitan area, on the 5th, Hyundai Construction will accept subscription applications for 'Hillstate Samsung,' being built in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. It consists of 2 buildings from 7 basement floors to 17 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 50 to 84㎡, totaling 165 units.

On the 6th, officetels called 'Heligraph Magok Edition' will be supplied in Gonghang-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul. It consists of 66 households with exclusive areas of 30 to 50㎡.

Model houses will open in 7 locations. Winner announcements will be made in 21 locations, and official contracts will proceed in 11 locations.
