[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Terra Science announced on the 1st that it has decided to transfer 3,320,956 shares of its subsidiary Terra Technos to POSCO Holdings for 47.8 billion KRW.
The purpose of the transfer is to improve management efficiency and secure operating funds.
