Within 50% Range of Previous Year's Logistics Costs

[Asia Economy Reporter Ra Young-cheol] Gangneung City, Gangwon Province, announced on the 1st that it will support logistics costs for manufacturing companies in the Jumunjin Industrial Complex who are struggling due to rising raw material prices and increased logistics expenses.

According to the city, logistics cost support will be provided to manufacturing companies that completed factory registration by the end of last year among the tenants of the Jumunjin Industrial Complex, covering up to 50% of the logistics costs incurred in the previous year, with a maximum support amount of 6 million KRW.

Due to recent oil price increases and logistics disruptions causing many tenant companies difficulties in raw material procurement and product shipment, the support amount has been expanded from 4 million KRW last year to 6 million KRW this year.

On this day, on-site applications were accepted at the Jumunjin Industrial Complex Council, and on the 4th, applications can be submitted by visiting the Corporate Support Division at City Hall.
