On the 2nd, Lotte Construction opened a model house for 'Wondang Station Lotte Castle Skyel' in the area of 405-8 Seongsa-dong, Deogyang-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do (Wondang 4 District) and began sales.

This complex consists of 11 buildings ranging from 6 basement floors to 36 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,236 households and exclusive areas of 35 to 84㎡. Among them, 629 households with exclusive areas of 35 to 59㎡ will be sold to the general public. The number of general sale units by exclusive area is △35㎡ 7 units △47㎡ 24 units △59㎡A 360 units △59㎡B 238 units.

As the first large-scale apartment complex built in Wondang New Town, about 11,000 households are planned in the Wondang New Town area, including Wondang 1 District, Wondang 2 District, and Wondang 6·7 District (selected as a public redevelopment candidate site).

It is located in the station area of Wondang Station on Subway Line 3. Goyang City Hall Station (under planning) is also planned nearby, and this station is expected to have a quadruple transportation network in the future with lines such as the Goyang-Eunpyeong Line (under planning), Siksa Tram (under planning), and Gyoeoseon (planned). For vehicle users, it is possible to move throughout the metropolitan area via the Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway and Seoul-Munsan Expressway.

In terms of design, the complex layout maximizes openness to secure the best possible views, and double-glazed windows with a view type are applied to enhance the facade specialization and the view from inside the units.

The landscaping space features a concept of 'the excitement of travel felt in a resort in the city.' It will include the central green area called Greenery Field, Sparkling Garden where residents can enjoy scenery and the sound of water, Cozy Garden as a family garden, and Wellness Garden as an outdoor exercise space.

There are green facilities around such as Goyang Eoullim Nuri cultural facility, Seongsa Sports Park, Seongra Park, Masang Neighborhood Park, and Bicycle Park, and a small park directly connected to the complex will also be created.

Within the complex, the Castleian Center, a premium community center of Lotte Castle, will be established. It will provide indoor golf club, fitness club, screen golf course, shower rooms, Mom & Kids Cafe, play and education spaces, a small library, and a reading room.

A home network system that enhances residential convenience will also be introduced. Residents can control lighting, heating, gas, and ventilation systems through a wall pad installed in each household, and use services such as vehicle arrival notifications, elevator calls, and energy usage inquiries.

The sales schedule starts with special supply on Monday, July 11, followed by first priority subscription for the relevant area on Tuesday, July 12, first priority subscription for other areas on Wednesday, July 13, and second priority subscription on Thursday, July 14. The announcement of winners will be on Wednesday, July 20, and the official contract period will be held for five days from Monday, August 1 to Friday, August 5.

The model house will be located in Dongsan-dong, Deogyang-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do.
