'Seohui Starhills The Dohwa' is located in Dohwa-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, consisting of two buildings with 2 basement floors and 26 above-ground floors. It includes a total of 158 units: 144 apartments with a net area of 59㎡ for general sale, 14 officetels with a net area of 38㎡, and street-type commercial spaces within the complex.

The complex is near the Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway and the 1st and 2nd Gyeongin Expressways, and subway Line 1 stations Jemulpo and Dohwa are also accessible.
